Last updated: August 23, 2026

Logic App Labs, LLC (“Logic App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates DinnerLogic, including the planner at app.dinnerlogic.com, the content site at dinnerlogic.com, and the DinnerLogic apps distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Company-wide practices for other Logic App Labs products are described at logicapplabs.com/privacy. This page covers DinnerLogic.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Services:

  • Local planner data (Free). Without an account, meals, recipes, lists, and settings stay in your browser (localStorage). That data stays on your device unless you clear it or later sign in and sync on a paid plan.
  • Account information. If you sign in, we receive your email address and, if you use Google or Sign in with Apple, the identifier that provider supplies. We may store a display name you enter in Settings. If you opt in, we also store your weekly newsletter preference.
  • Cloud planner data (Pro). When you are entitled to cloud sync, we store meals, recipes, shopping lists, pantry items, deals, and Family Group membership so they can sync across devices and household members.
  • Purchase and billing data. On the website, Stripe handles card details. In the Google Play and App Store apps, Apple or Google handle payment. RevenueCat processes store purchase tokens so we can unlock the same Pro features. We receive limited subscription information (for example email, plan, customer or store product IDs, and status such as trialing or active) needed to fulfill the order and unlock features. We do not receive your full card number from any of these providers.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and related infrastructure may log standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide sign-in, sync, Family Groups, and the content site
  • Process payments, trials, and subscription changes
  • Send a weekly newsletter if you opt in at sign-up or in Settings
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted vendors who process data on our behalf, including:

  • Netlify — hosting and serverless functions
  • Supabase — authentication and cloud database
  • Google — optional Google sign-in and Google Play Billing
  • Apple — optional Sign in with Apple and App Store billing
  • Stripe — payment processing and Customer Portal on the website
  • RevenueCat — store purchase validation for the Play and App Store apps
  • Google AdSense — advertising on selected dinnerlogic.com pages when ads are enabled (not on the planner)

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, limited to what is needed to provide their services to us.

4. Advertising (content site only)

When ads are enabled on dinnerlogic.com, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. AdSense may collect or receive information about your visits as described in Google’s policies.

The planner at app.dinnerlogic.com is not an AdSense surface. Accounts and billing live only on the planner.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for essential site function, authentication, and (on the content site) advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or ads.

6. Data retention

Account, cloud planner, and billing records are retained as long as needed to provide the Services, accounting, security, and legal compliance. Browser-stored Free data remains until you clear site data. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs. You may delete your account in Settings, which removes your sign-in, cloud planner data, and cancels an active website subscription. Store subscriptions must also be canceled in Google Play or the App Store if you subscribed there.

7. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Security

Use a strong unique password, and keep Family Group invites private.

9. Your choices

  • Use the planner Free without an account (data stays on that device)
  • Opt in or out of the weekly newsletter in Settings (unsubscribe at any time)
  • Cancel a website subscription from Settings (Stripe Customer Portal), or a store subscription from Google Play or the App Store
  • Delete your account and cloud planner data from Settings → Delete account (signed-in users). You can also request access or deletion at logicapplabs.com/contact
  • Clear cookies and localStorage in your browser
  • Use Google’s ad settings / opt-out tools linked above

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
