Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Logic App Labs, LLC (“Logic App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of DinnerLogic, including the planner at app.dinnerlogic.com, the content site at dinnerlogic.com, and the DinnerLogic apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store (the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms cover the hosted web product and the store apps, not the desktop End-User License Agreement used for other Logic App Labs software.

1. The Services

DinnerLogic is a meal-planning application and related recipe roundups. Features, availability, and plan limits may change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice when practicable.

2. Accounts

You may use the personal planner without an account (Free). Cloud sync, Family Groups, and paid features require a sign-in (email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and access to the email, Google, or Apple account you use to sign in. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Plans, trial, and billing

• Free is provided at no charge for local, personal use. Data stays on your device unless you later subscribe and sync.
• Pro Personal and Pro Family are paid subscriptions. Current prices are shown on Plans.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Website subscriptions renew until you cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings). Subscriptions purchased in the Google Play or App Store apps renew until you cancel in that store’s subscription settings. Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund time already billed unless required by law or the store’s refund policy. A Pro plan purchased on one channel unlocks the same features when you sign in on another; store apps do not sell website checkout and do not advertise a different price.
• Pro Family groups are limited to six members. We may refuse or limit use that abuses invites or seat caps.

4. Acceptable use

You shall not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or overload the Services
• Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or circumvent plan or seat limits
• Upload or share content that you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal, harmful, or infringing

5. Your content

You retain ownership of recipes, meals, lists, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Logic App Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process User Content solely to operate and provide the Services (including sync and Family Group sharing you enable).

You are responsible for User Content. Recipe URLs you import come from third-party sites; we do not claim those recipes, and you are responsible for complying with the source site’s terms.

6. Family Groups

If you create or join a Family Group, members you invite may see shared meals, recipes, and lists. Invitees do not need their own paid plan; live sharing is included with the group owner’s Pro Family subscription (seat cap applies). Only share invite links with people you trust. Removing a member or leaving a group does not guarantee that copies already synced to another device are deleted from that device.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including DinnerLogic branding, software, and original roundup copy, are owned by Logic App Labs, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party recipe sites retain rights in their own content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT RECIPE IMPORTS, NUTRITION, ALLERGEN, OR SHOPPING DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. MEAL PLANNING IS NOT MEDICAL OR DIETARY ADVICE.

9. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGIC APP LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, cancel a paid plan as described above, and delete your account from Settings. Deleting an account removes your sign-in and cloud planner data and cancels an active website subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel that store subscription separately so it does not renew. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ends; Free local use of a copy already on your device may continue until you clear site or app data.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
